Your responsibilities

• Lead France's Creator Adventure: You're the go-to person for Creator Marketing in France. Not just executing - you shape the strategy, make key decisions, and drive our brand's voice and growth in this exciting market.
• Taste Strategy Builder: Define, craft, and maintain the long- and short-term roadmap for Creator Marketing. Your work ensures campaigns don't just drive sales, but build lasting brand love and a strong market presence for air up in France.
• Next-Gen Platform Explorer: You're always scouting what's new and exciting. From Twitch to the gaming ecosystem and beyond, you find unconventional ways to partner with creators and keep air up ahead of the curve.
• Budget Owner: Own and steer a substantial 6-digit monthly budget for macro and mega creator campaigns. Big responsibility, big impact.
• Campaign Orchestrator: Plan and design campaigns with operational excellence, connecting creator activities seamlessly to air up's overall brand, marketing, and content strategy.
• Execution Expert: From start to finish, you know the drill - outreach, negotiation, contracts, briefings, content review, tracking, reporting, and in-depth performance analysis.
• Creative Spark: Lead signature campaigns with fresh, innovative ideas and flawless execution, collaborating closely with the French team and external talent agencies.
• Connector Across Teams: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and share insights that boost visibility. Ensure creator marketing works hand-in-hand with Paid Social, CRM, E-Comm, and other teams.

That's you

• You are not satisfied with traditional approaches; you think outside the bottle and constantly bring innovation to the Creator Marketing strategy.
• Your experience includes 3+ years of senior Creator/Influencer Marketing in the French market, having been responsible for owning and stewarding a brand's presence in that market before.
• Mastering the rare balance between building a robust long-term brand strategy and executing with flawless operational excellence is second nature to you.
• Possessing a deep, nuanced understanding of French culture, market dynamics, and the next-level creator landscape is key to your success.
• Passion for data is your superpower: you are comfortable with complex analytics and highly driven by performance-based KPIs.
• An entrepreneurial self-starter, a savvy negotiator, and someone ready to take full ownership of both your budget and your entire channel.
• A fluent communication pro in both French and English.
