As Working Student System Administration, you will ensure reliable and efficient functionality of the company`s IT systems, supporting employees in their everyday work. You will further work on improving internal IT-related infrastructure and processes.
Your responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and provide support for existing IT systems (both cloud and on-premises)
- Assist company employees with day-to-day IT-related issues
- Maintain and enhance corporate intranet
- Proactively identify and address new requirements and potential issues
- Define requirements for extending and improving existing IT systems
- Implement, test, roll out new functionality
- Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency
- For this position, you will be available for a duration of at least 6 months
- Currently enrolled in a university in an IT-related field
- Experience with providing IT support to the end users
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration is required (above & beyond theoretical knowledge)
- Understanding of Windows and/or Linux administration
- Goal-oriented approach with the ability to plan and execute projects effectively
- Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and attention to detail
- Proactive team player with a positive work attitude
- Ability to fluently communicate in English in a work environment
- Knowledge and implementation of IT security within Microsoft 365 / Azure
- Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus
- German proficiency is a plus
