Aufgaben

  • · Koordination der Finanzstrategie und –steuerung

  • · Koordination des Fundraisings für unsere Impact Funds sowie Pflege von Investoren- und Partnerbeziehungen

  • · Strategische und operative Führung des Finanzbereichs (Controlling, Accounting, Reporting, Treasury), sowie dessen Optimierung

  • · Entwicklung von Forecasts, Budgets und Finanzplänen in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung

  • · Monitoring der Impact Funds und Sicherstellung einer zweckgemäßen Mittelverwendung

  • · Sicherstellung einer transparenten Finanzberichterstattung für interne und externe Stakeholder

  • · Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Stakeholdern

Qualifikation

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, Controlling oder einem vergleichbaren Hintergrund

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Finanzfunktion, idealerweise als CFO, Head of Finance oder ähnliches

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung (HGB, IFRS), Controlling und Unternehmensfinanzierung

  • Strategisches Denken gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität

  • Souveränes Auftreten, Freude an Teamarbeit und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
