At Tilla, we're dedicated to improving their lives, as well as the processes and colleagues on shore that support them. Our platform eliminates inefficiencies in crew logistics, streamlining collaboration between operators and seafarers. By doing so, we make crew operations more humane, efficient, and cost-effective.

Your Mission
As Head of Product, you'll define and execute Tilla's product strategy while building and leading a small but high-performing product function. You'll bring clarity and focus to an evolving environment — balancing structure with agility, and driving measurable impact across customer satisfaction, product velocity, and business outcomes.

This is a role for a hands-on, strategic builder who can zoom between product vision and operational detail, develop talent, and shape Tilla's next stage of growth.

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define a clear product strategy aligned with Tilla's mission and commercial goals.
  • Translate vision into a focused roadmap and communicate it across teams and functions.

Team & Process

  • Hire, coach, and develop PM talent.
  • Establish lightweight, effective product processes that boost velocity without bureaucracy, and metrics that drive decisions.

Execution & Collaboration

  • Act as player-coach: lead discovery, guide delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Design, and GTM functions.
  • Bring structure and product discipline while keeping the team agile and motivated.

Change & Growth

  • Assess current state, design future state, and bring people along the journey.
  • Balance quick wins with long-term bets across our growing portfolio.

You Bring

  • 6 + years in Product Management in complex B2B SaaS.
  • Team leadership experience
  • Proven record building/scaling product functions from early stage.
  • Strength in process design, prioritisation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on ability and product craft
  • Strong commercial sense — can link product outcomes to revenue and retention.
  • Empathetic communicator comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Fluent English
  • Maritime domain experience a plus
