Als Teil des Support-Teams unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei Ihren Fragen rund um die Bedienung und Nutzung unserer ERP-Software sowie bei der weiteren Verbesserung unserer Software durch den ständigen Austausch mit unseren Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams.



Deine Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen per E-Mail
  • Beantwortung von Fragen im Anwenderforum
  • Telefonische Unterstützung und Hilfestellung bei der Bedienung unserer Software
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Consulting und Entwicklung

  • Hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Analysefähigkeit sowie hohe Bereitschaft zur Lösungsfindung
  • Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
