To further strengthen our digital growth in the Mena Region, we are looking for a passionate eCommerce Key Account Manager (f/m/d) who will elevate our partnerships with top online retailers to the next level.

Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

  • Manage and further develop key eCommerce and quick commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Jumia, Namshi, Niceone, Careem, Trendyol, Deliveroo and online shops of major regional offline chains).
  • Develop, steer, and implement customized growth strategies for each account in collaboration with our local partners.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor assortment initiatives and marketing activities in close collaboration with our local partners and internal departments (Marketing, Supply Chain).
  • Analyze market and competitor data to derive actions for sales and margin optimization.
  • Support annual negotiations, including terms & conditions, and budgets with key eCommerce accounts.
  • Take ownership of sales, revenue, and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Operations, and Demand Planning.

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management and E-Commerce, ideally in the Beauty, FMCG, or Fashion sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with proven experience in managing KPIs and performance marketing metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; ideally experienced with tools such as Tableau, BI-Tool or Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), Arabic is a Plus.
