Founder's Associate Intern (m/f/d) - Transform the future of business relationships at ZopaAI

Location: Saarbrücken/Cologne/Munich/Mannheim

Our software offers globally active companies an AI-based system to better manage customers and build strategic partnerships in a more targeted manner. As a Founder's Associate Intern, you'll be involved in a wide range of high-leverage projects, including:

  • Supporting the CEO in planning, prioritizing, and executing strategic initiatives

  • Managing and driving projects across product development, business strategy, and

operations

  • Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making (markets, competitors,

trends)

  • Translating customer and market insights into actionable product ideas and

improvements

  • Preparing presentations, reports, and communication materials for partners and

investors

  • Acting as a bridge between teams to ensure alignment and execution across the

organization

Requirements:

  • Most importantly, you are eager to learn, proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of

ownership and ambition to make an impact

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics,

engineering, computer science, or a related field

  • You think analytically, communicate clearly, and can structure complex topics

effectively

  • You're comfortable switching between strategic thinking and operational execution

  • Strong interest in start-ups, technology, and AI-driven products

  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
