Responsibilities
Join our Product Analytics team and dive into real product usage data to help us understand how millions of customers rely on TeamViewer every day.

As a Working Student Product Analyst, you will support Product Management, Sales, and Marketing by transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive data-informed decisions across the company.

• Data Extraction & Analysis: Write efficient SQL queries in BigQuery to extract and analyze complex usage data from our Remote Control product
• Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker and Tableau to track KPIs such as session duration, feature adoption, and user retention
• Cross-Functional Support: Translate data into clear insights for Sales and Marketing, and help Product Managers understand product usage patterns
• Data Integrity: Support the team by maintaining data quality and documentation for our Single Source of Truth

Requirements

• Student Status: You are currently enrolled in a university degree (Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or a similar field)
• SQL Proficiency: Solid understanding of SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries) and motivation to work in a cloud environment (BigQuery)
• Visualization Skills: Initial experience or strong interest in BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Analytical Mindset: Curiosity to understand user behavior and extract meaningful stories from datasets
• Language: Fluency in English (corporate language); German is a plus but not required

• Contract location would be Goeppingen / Berlin, Germany

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
