ABOUT THE JOB

RA Manager

WHAT YOU WILL \DO

1.Support innovation projects by conducting regulatory assessment on ingredients, claims and pictorials etc.; Prepare comprehensive risk assessment and ensure the compliance of the new products .

支持新品研发项目,提供法规意见,进行合规性评估包括原料、声称和图片等; 进行全面风险评估,确保新品的合规性。

2.Prepare regulatory documents including ingredient list, nutrition information and labeling file accurately and ensure the compliance with China legislation.

准确制作法规相关文件包括配料表,营养成分表和标签文件,确保其符合中国相关法规要求。

3.Review and approve the product label, raw material, and recipe to comply with China regulation and company guideline/procedure.

审核批准产品标签、原料、配方等文件确保产品符合中国法规和公司相关准则和流程。

4.Verify claims, depicted pictorials, and ensure they are scientifically and technically supported.

审核产品相关声称和宣传图片的技术支持文件,落实产品的相关声称宣传合法有效。

5.Check advertisement including EC webpage information and provide advice on commercials: for instance, verify claims or images directly linked to the product properties and knowledge of specific local pledges related to critical topics, i.e. adv to children.

审核广告包括电商产品宣传网页介绍中关于产品声称、图形等的内容并提出建议,确保产品属性可支持其合规性,尤其关注相关特别法要求,例如儿童广告;

6.Check toy& gadget, prize promotion compliance in accordance with China regulation and company guideline/procedure.

审核玩具/物件,以及有奖促销信息的合规性,确保其符合中国的法规和公司相关准则。

7.Monitor regulatory news and trends, as well as analyze the business impact, issue the legislation changes communication to cross functional teams, provide interpretation and advice to facilitate the regulation implementation.

持续跟踪法规变化和趋势,进行业务影响分析,向相关部门及时通报法规的更新并进行相关条文解读以支持新法规的实施。

8.Handle the complaint cases (Regulatory matters) from authority/customer/consumer. Prepare regulatory interpretation and supporting documents. Manage administrative legal cases related to regulatory matters (e.g. objections on labels for non-conformity of labeling rules etc.)

负责法规相关投诉的解答,准备法规解释和合规支持文件,与监管部门沟通处理法规相关的行政案件。

9.Support RDQ team on system audit and inspections that are related to regulatory matters.

协助支持研发质量部门的体系审核工作(法规相关)。

10.Organize regulatory training/workshop to cross functional teams to improve the regulatory awareness of non-RA people.

对公司其他职能部门组织提供法规培训/研讨会以提升非法规人员的法规意识。

11.Support Group Regulatory team on China information sharing and survey, cooperate with Group Regulatory team to handle Group projects.

支持集团总部法规团队关于中国法规信息的分享和调研,与集团总部法规团队合作,为总部项目提供支持。

12.Lead the category and develop team member to carter business needs

领导相应品类和发展培养团队以满足业务对法规的需求
