 Role Description – Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

We are seeking a
visionary and hands-on Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)
to join our fast-growing team. This full-time
hybrid
role (remote with occasional on-site engagements in Germany or client locations) is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in
shaping the architecture, design, and success of transformative Pega projects
across sectors.

As a Pega LSA at StellarNexus Consulting, you won't just

. You'll architect future-ready Pega applications, guide developers and business stakeholders alike, and uphold the highest standards of excellence across the software development lifecycle.

 Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable and performant Pega applications using best-in-class patterns and guardrails
• Collaborate directly with customers to
  co-create high-fidelity Blueprints
  that reflect business goals and user journeys.
• Use these collaboratively built Blueprints as the foundation for
  rapid application development
  and iterative delivery
• Construct Pega application components that are modular, extensible, and maintainable
• Lead development teams, mentor junior system architects, and ensure delivery quality across sprint cycles
• Conduct code reviews, enforce design standards, and champion reusability and modularity
• Work closely with DevOps, integration, and testing teams to drive end-to-end solution success
• Proactively contribute to internal knowledge assets and innovation initiatives across the firm

 Qualifications

• Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)
  with hands-on implementation experience on Pega 8.x / Pega Infinity
• 8+ years of Pega experience, including recent architecture and leadership roles in enterprise-grade projects
• Solid expertise in Pega platform components—Case Management, App Studio, Integration, Data Modeling, and Security
• Strong command over Pega Constellation or hybrid architecture approaches
• Strong expertise in Migration strategies.
• Proven ability to perform technical analysis, make design decisions, and break down complex features into deliverable stories together with the Business Analysts.
• Expertise with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern integration stacks (REST, OAuth, SSO, etc.)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Fluent in German & English.
• Experience in consulting/ delivery of projects in Europe is an advantage
