Project Lead Digital Solutions | Ulm, Germany | Hybrid

We're working with Liebherr on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a dynamic Project Lead to guide complex digital solutions from concept through to live deployment and maintenance within a global company.

The Role


• Lead end-to-end projects for complex digital solutions, spanning edge devices, cloud applications, and UI/App solutions


• Manage interfaces between project teams, customer divisions, and suppliers (e.g., requirements, infrastructure, KPIs)


• Support product owners in creating business cases, defining delivery milestones, and setting KPIs


• Estimate and manage project efforts and costs effectively


• Challenge the team to cover all necessary aspects like integration, testing, security, and privacy


• Handle stakeholder communication and reporting

What You'll Need


• Academic degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field


• 7+ years of experience managing digital solution projects, distributed systems, or large automotive projects


• Deep experience in both classical and agile project management methodologies


• Strong analytical capabilities and technical knowledge in distributed systems, testing, and operations


• High ability to motivate and drive teams towards product vision with strong focus


• Fluent written and spoken German and English
