What you can expect
  • As a Product Owner for Conversational AI, you actively contribute to shaping the digital customer journey.
  • Your focus spans the entire customer lifecycle—from AI-powered Conversational Commerce to onboarding and care assistants in customer service.
  • You play a key role in successfully implementing our Microcustomer Strategy and leverage your expertise in software delivery, technical concepts, and agile methodologies to drive results.
  • Acting as the interface between business and tech, you ensure that requirements, user journeys, and implementations align, delivering a best-in-class AI-powered customer experience.
  • You define the strategic direction for customer-facing Conversational AI at DKV Mobility and make sure it covers all relevant touchpoints along the customer lifecycle.
  • You own roadmap planning and management, ensure synchronization with the AI team and other stakeholders, and monitor execution.
  • You analyze business requirements and customer needs, document them in a structured way, and translate them into actionable user stories and technical concepts for development teams.
  • Together with the AI team, you define clear release goals, align them with strategic priorities, and ensure complete requirements and a clear definition of done. 
  • You plan and conduct user acceptance tests, closely coordinate with the AI team and all relevant stakeholders, and ensure smooth releases.
  • You establish a governance structure for customer-facing Conversational AI, lead the central committee, and coordinate the prioritization of business needs across all stakeholders.
  • You analyze the performance of our customer-facing Conversational AI and derive data-driven optimizations for flows and intents—always keeping best-in-class CX in mind
  • You continuously develop new use cases for Conversational AI and oversee their implementation from concept to go-live.
  • You act as an ambassador for Conversational AI, communicate the value of our AI solutions, and build trust and acceptance among internal and external stakeholders.


What makes you stand out
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a role such as Product Owner, Solution Consultant, or Business Analyst in an agile environment and have already been responsible for introducing new AI systems, processes, and structures.
  • Your technical understanding of AI platforms such as Cognigy, Conversational AI (voice and chat), LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, as well as your basic knowledge of technical architectures and integration concepts, set you apart.
  • You combine analytical thinking with technical expertise and bring experience with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics 365, ideally complemented by knowledge of eCommerce and contact center technologies like Adobe Commerce and Genesys PureCloud.
  • Your business-fluent German skills, both written and spoken, are complemented by very good English skills. Ideally, you also have additional foreign language knowledge.
  • You enjoy occasional travel within Europe.
