Deine Aufgaben:

  • Tages- und Monatsabschlüsse
    : Überwachung und Durchführung der täglichen und monatlichen Buchhaltungsprozesse.
  • Tagungs- und Eventmanagement
    : Planung, Koordination und Betreuung von Veranstaltungen und Tagungen im Guesthouse.
  • Dienstplan-Gestaltung
    : Erstellung und Optimierung der Dienstpläne für dein Team.
  • Teamführung
    : Leitung und Motivation des Front Office Teams, um höchste Servicequalität sicherzustellen.
  • Schnittstelle zum SAP Management
    : Ansprechpartner für das Hauptmanagement des Guesthouses.
  • Meetings und Reporting
    : Teilnahme an wöchentlichen Meetings mit den GMs und regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das SDN-Management.
  • Personaleinarbeitung
    : Einführung neuer Mitarbeiter und Förderung ihres Potentials.
  • Rezeptionsaufgaben
    : Klassische Front-Office-Aufgaben wie Check-in, Check-out und Gästebetreuung.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen:

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Front Office Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, auch im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Gästen.
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und eine positive Ausstrahlung.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse.
