Join our team as a TikTok Growth Intern and help grow our presence through trend-driven content and creative experimentation. You'll support short-form video creation, engage with the community, and dive into what makes content go viral. What You Will Do:
- Plan, edit, and distribute platform-specific TikTok content for our growing audience;
- Engage with the TikTok community by replying to comments, and helping to build an active and loyal follower base;
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist in developing content strategies that align with current trends;
- Explore and analyze TikTok performance data to understand what works and why - no worries, we'll guide you through it;
- Stay up to date with trending creators, sounds, and formats to help us spot new content or collaboration opportunities.
What We Expect:
- A genuine passion for TikTok and its culture - you're not just a user, you 'get' the platform;
- A creative mindset and excitement for video content creation;
- Basic video editing skills would be a strong advantage - whether using traditional tools or AI platforms;
- Curiosity for data - you're interested in what makes content perform well and want to learn how to read the numbers;
- A growth mindset - you're eager to learn, adapt, and keep improving every step of the way;
- Proficiency in English;
