This position offers a hybrid working modelthat combines the flexibility of remote working with practical on -site workwith customers. Asa Security Technician, you have the chance to: ·       Install and service /maintain complex security systems·       Work directly withcustomers and demonstrate technical expertise·       Becoming part of agrowing, innovative company·       Expand your technicalskills through continuous training Responsibilities ·       Install, program,test, repair and maintain various systems, including security, fire alarm, lifesafety and building automation systems, with assistance as required·       Collaborate withcustomers and colleagues to provide expert technical support and training,escalating complex challenges to experienced team members as needed·       Interpret manuals,schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and repair equipment usingelectronics knowledge, standard test instruments and hand tools·       Support ProjectManagers with critical installation assistance and suggestions to improvequality and profitability·       Contribute to theorganisation's peer -focused culture by participating in the 'Recruit AwesomePeople' program, helping the organisation to grow and directing top talent to theirTalent Acquisition team·       Take on additionalresponsibilities to support the organisation in achieving its mission ofexcellence Requirements Technical Skills ·       Basic constructionknowledge and ability to interpret system plans·       Proficiency inreading blueprints and construction drawings, including wiring, marking andinstallation methods (e.g. J -Hook, raceway, conduit, cable support)·       Practical mechanicaland electrical skills with experience using drills, screwdrivers, wirestrippers, hacksaws and crimping pliers·       Solid basicmathematical knowledge and the ability to read and understand technicaldrawings Personal Characteristics ·       Strong customerorientation and willingness to provide service·       Teamwork andcooperative working style·       Reliability andaccuracy when performing technical tasks·       Problem -solvingskills and analytical thinking·       Willingness tocontinue training and acquire new technical knowledge Experience ·       Experience installingand maintaining security or similar technical systems desirable·       Previous experiencein customer service is an advantage Education ·       Completed training inelectrical engineering or a comparable field or corresponding professionalexperience Languages ·       Good knowledge ofspoken and written German (B2)·       Basic English skillsfor working with technical documentation Other ·       Class B drivinglicense required·       Authorization to workin Germany required WorkingEnvironment Ourclient offers a dynamic working environment that includes both office work andon -site work with customers.
