To reinforce our team, we are looking for a

Media Relations – 6 Months Internship (m/f/d), Berlin

Your responsibilities:

During your 6-month internship (after this if you like to continue to work with us, it will go further as a 12-month traineeship), you will:

  • Support media relations activities in the agency as part of the Media Relations Team under the guidance of the Head of Media Relations
  • Maintain the agency's media database
  • Learn about different PR tools and establish relations with journalists in various markets
  • Carry out and set up media monitoring, conduct media landscape analysis
  • Provide support with media assessment to the new business department
  • Occasionally write press releases and media pitches

Your profile
:

· You have successfully completed your studies in communications, journalism or marketing

  • You are communicable and like to build connections with new people
  • You have a strong interest in working in the communications industry
  • Furthermore, we expect you to have a high level of communication and expression skills
  • You are proficient in MS-Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • A minimum C1 English proficiency, German and other languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in communications or journalism is a big plus
  • Mind that it is a full-time role: 40h/week
