DEINE ROLLE

  • Beratung bieten: Du unterstützt renommierte Unternehmen der Energie- und Wasserwirtschaft bei den Themen SAP IS-U und S/4HANA Utilities, insbesondere in den Feldern SAP CRM Utilities und Customer Engagement.
  • Nah am Kunden: Dabei übernimmst du die Beratung bei der Integration und Implementierung von energiewirtschaftlichen Kundenservice-Prozessen in den Kundensegmenten B2C und B2B.
  • Hands on: Die Analyse von Prozessen und die Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten für optimierte Geschäftsabläufe und IT-Architekturen in der Versorgungswirtschaft gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Schwerpunkten.
  • Mittendrin statt nur dabei: Innerhalb des Projektteams unterstützt du bei der Umsetzung des Konzepts in ein funktionierendes Anwendungssystem bis hin zum Roll-out und bei der anschließenden, inhaltlichen sowie formalen Gewährleistung der fachlichen und softwaretechnischen Qualität.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Energiewirtschaft, Energietechnik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine betriebliche Ausbildung mit deutlichem Energie- oder IT-Bezug bildet eine solide fachliche Basis für die Position.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Beratungs- und/oder SAP-Umfeld mit tiefergehenden Kenntnissen in mindestens einem der folgenden Themen: SAP CRM für Utilities (Businessrolle B2B und B2C), Kundenservice im IS-U (CIC0, Front-Office-Prozesse, SAP Business Workflow), Customer Engagement im S/4 HANA Utilities.
  • Technisches Wissen: Coding ist kein Fremdwort für dich, mit ABAP und Debugging bist du vertraut.
  • Kommunikationstalent: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, intern sowie extern.
