We are looking for a reliable and motivated
Production Helper
to support our insect production operations in
84564 Oberbergkirchen, Germany
. This role is hands-on and focuses on routine production tasks such as pupae exchange, harvesting, cleaning, product packaging, and preparation of deliveries.

Aufgaben

  • Perform daily production tasks related to insect production, including harvesting and sieving of larvae, exchange of egg traps and pupae.

  • Wash and clean trays, tools, and production areas according to hygiene standards.

  • Assist with delivery preparation and loading/unloading.

  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and biosecurity rules.

  • Work closely with team members and follow supervisor instructions.

  • Complete basic production checklists and cleaning records.

Qualifikation

  • English skills
    (German is a plus).

  • Physically fit and comfortable working in warm and humid environments.

  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, within a 5-day week in a single-shift system.

  • Production or warehouse experience is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • You are reliable and motivated.

  • Able to work both independently and in a team.

  • Valid Driver's license (class B
