Ihre Aufgaben- Gewinnung von Neukunden in den genannten Regionen
- Ausbau des Bestandsgeschäfts
- Anfertigung von Besuchsberichten und Dokumentation im CRM-System
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Entwicklung einer definierten Anzahl von Kunden
- Problemlöser und Ideengeber in kaufmännischen, logistischen und technischen Fragestellungen
- Recherche und Analyse des Geschäftsgebietes
- Verhandlungsführung auf allen Ebenen
- Verantwortung für den Ertrag des Vertriebsgebietes
- Produkt- und Unternehmenspräsentationen beim Kunden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachbereichen der Böllhoff Gruppe
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und technisches Verständnis oder technische Ausbildung und solide kaufmännische Kenntnisse im Vertrieb, Alternativ ein Studium im vergleichbaren Bereich
- Erfahrung im Außendienst
- Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und in der Neukundenakquise
- Wohnort im Vertriebsgebiet Rheinland-Pfalz, Saarland, Hessen, Baden-Württemberg
- Hohes Maß an Reisebereitschaft (ca. 4 Tage pro Woche)
- Vertriebstalent, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
- Gewinnende Persönlichkeit
- Zielorientierte Vorangehens Weise
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS- Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SmartPerform)
