Buscamos un Diseñador de Producto UX/UI con 4+ años de experiencia que quiera transformar los retos de clientes líderes en soluciones digitales intuitivas y significativas. Si ves el diseño como la intersección perfecta entre la experiencia del usuario y la arquitectura de la información, eres la persona que estamos buscando.

Tu día a día se centrará en:

  • Estrategia de UX: Investigar profundamente (Research) para entender los patrones de comportamiento del usuario y diseñar flujos lógicos y soluciones efectivas (User Flows, Wireframes).

  • Excelencia Visual (UI): Crear interfaces visualmente atractivas y altamente funcionales, asegurando la consistencia mediante el dominio y la creación de Sistemas de Diseño.

  • Colaboración Multidisciplinar: Trabajarás codo con codo con Product Managers, Desarrolladores (Front-End) y otros diseñadores en equipos Agile, transformando insights en features tangibles.

  • Gestión del Diseño: Liderar la presentación profesional de tus propuestas a clientes, gestionando el feedback y asegurando que el diseño aterrice correctamente con los equipos técnicos.

  • Pasión por el Research: Sabes preguntar, escuchar y convertir el dato cualitativo en decisiones de diseño.

  • Mente Organizada: Capacidad para gestionar la complejidad del producto, manteniendo siempre el foco en la calidad de la ejecución y los plazos del sprint.

  • Visión Holística: Entiendes cómo tu diseño impacta en la experiencia global del cliente y en los objetivos del negocio.

  • Proactividad y Actitud: Eres autónomo/a para resolver problemas, pero tu espíritu de equipo y actitud positiva fomentan un gran ambiente de trabajo.
