Senior Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineer (m/w/d)

Wesentliche Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Eigenverantwortliches Engagement in einem hochmotivierten Team, dessen tägliche Mission es ist mit mechatronischer Exzellenz und Einfallsreichtum nachhaltige medizintechnische Lösungen für unsere Kunden und Patienten zu liefern.
  • Mechanische / mechatronische Entwicklung von Herz-Lungen-Maschinen und Zubehörgeräten, von der ersten Innovationsidee über Machbarkeitsstudien bis zum endgültigen Produktionsdesign und der Betreuung im Lebenszyklus.
  • Initiative ergreifen um als Teil der "innovation community" technische Lösungen durch fachübergreifende, konstruktive und flexible Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams im Entwicklungsbereich, der internen bzw. externen Produktion und anderen Stakeholdern hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Zeit zu realisieren.
  • Erstellung von relevanten technischen Unterlagen (z.B. Zeichnungen, Produktspezifikationen) gemäß den aktuellen technischen Standards und des Qualitätsmanagementsystems.

Qualifikation und Erfahrung

  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Maschinenbau, Mechanik, Mechatronik, Medizintechnik, Ingenieurwesen)
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich R&D bzw. in der Projektarbeit in gleichartigen Rollen in einem hochregulierten Umfeld - idealerweise Medical Electrical Equipment
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse zum mechanischen/mechatronischem Design im Einklang mit den relevanten Normen (z.B. ISO 13485 und IEC ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CAD (PTC Creo) oder in vergleichbaren Tools
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in einem PDM-System (z.B. Windchill)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich ISO GPS und Model Based Definition von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on Mentalität
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt
  • Eigenverantwortung, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsgeschick
