365/Intune Erfahren – Deine Chance, die Zukunft unserer IT mitzugestalten

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer globalen Microsoft 365 Plattform (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Governance- und Standardisierungsrichtlinien für M365-Dienste
  • Migration lokaler Daten zu OneDrive und Aufbau einheitlicher SharePoint- und Teams-Strukturen
  • Automatisierung von Prozessen (z. B. Teamerstellung, Self-Service, Genehmigungen)
  • Unterstützung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
  • Analyse und Optimierung lokaler sowie internationaler IT-Infrastrukturen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen (inkl. gelegentlicher Dienstreisen)

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration und im Umgang mit der Microsoft 365 Plattform
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams und PowerShell
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft Admin Center, Lifecycle Management und Richtlinienverwaltung
  • Know-how in Governance (Namenskonventionen, Gastzugänge, Rollenmodelle)
  • Erfahrung mit hybriden IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben im Microsoft-Umfeld
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
