Site Director  (m/w/d) Ruhrgebiet 

Stellenbeschreibung

 Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung laufender Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleitern
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines Bereiches mit aktuell mehr als 300 Mitarbeitern
  • Übergreifendes Projektcontrolling sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Reporting an den Director Customer Service
  • Projekt- und Kundenbetreuung in Zusammenarbeit und Absprache mit dem Director Customer Service als auch mit den einzelnen Projektleitern
  • Ansprechpartner für die Projektleiter und den Director Customer Service sowie für die Geschäftsführung in Deutschland
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Controlling übergreifender Maßnahmen
Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Customer Service Branche sind Voraussetzung
  • Führungserfahrung und nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und der Entwicklung von Projekten
  • Sehr gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Gutes IT Know-How (Kenntnis gängiger CC Technik)
  • Kommunikations- und Kontaktstärke
  • Organisations- und Gestaltungskraft
  • Gutes Auftreten und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Kunden und Führungskräften
  • Englischkenntnisse
