Als Senior Financial Systems Consultant Planning (m/w/d) wirst Du eine zentrale Rolle im Bereich Konzern-Controlling (Finance Performance Management) übernehmen. Du bist verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche technische Weiterentwicklung und Wartung unseres Finanzplanungssystems (Jedox).

In dieser Rolle in einem 6-köpfigen Team entwirfst, pflegst und entwickelst Du die zentralen Planungsmodelle weiter, die die finanzielle Steuerung für den Vorstand, den Aufsichtsrat, die Investor-Relations-Abteilung und wichtige interne Geschäftspartner unterstützen.

In dieser praxisorientierten Position übersetzt Du komplexe Anforderungen aus dem Group FP&A, dem Business Controlling und der Buchhaltung in eine verlässliche und skalierbare Planungslogik in unserem Planungssystem Jedox.

• Du konzipierst, entwickelst und optimierst robuste Finanzplanungslösungen für GuV, Bilanz, Cashflow und CapEx in der EPM-Software (Jedox).

• Du baust und optimierst ETL-Prozesse für die Datenintegration, Umlagen und automatische Vorbefüllung.

• Du übersetzt Geschäftslogik in dynamische Planungsmodelle und -berechnungen.

• Du bist der zentrale Partner für Controller und Fachexperten; Du erfasst Anforderungen und übersetzt diese in technische Spezifikationen.

• Du gestaltest Planungsvorlagen, Web-Berichte und Dashboards zur Bereitstellung handlungsrelevanter Management-Informationen.

• Du stellst die Datenintegrität, Compliance und die Verwaltung von Autorisierungsprozessen sicher.

• Du erstellst Dokumentationen, gibst Schulungen und förderst die Systemkompetenz im Controlling.

WIR MÖCHTEN DICH GERNE KENNENLERNEN, WENN…

• Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Financial Systems, Controlling oder Systemimplementierung. Erfahrung im Konzernumfeld (E-Commerce/Handel ist ein Plus).

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in EPM/Planungssoftware (z.B. Jedox, Anaplan, TM1) und in der Gestaltung treiberbasierter Modelle.

• Erfahrung mit Datenbanken und BI-Tools oder die schnelle Einarbeitungsfähigkeit in diese Bereiche.

• Solides Verständnis der Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze zur Integration von Ist-Daten in die Planung.

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As our Senior Financial Systems Consultant Planning (all genders), you will play a key role within Group Controlling (Finance Performance Management). You will be responsible for the ongoing technical enhancement and maintenance of our financial planning solution (Jedox).

In this role embedded into a team of 6, you will design, maintain, and further develop the central planning models that support financial management for the Management Board, Supervisory Board, Investor Relations, and key internal business partners.

This is a hands-on role where you translate complex requirements from Group FP&A, Business Controlling, and Accounting into reliable, scalable planning logic within Jedox.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Design, develop, and optimize robust financial planning solutions for P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and CapEx within the EPM software (Jedox).

• Build and optimize ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) for seamless data integration, cost allocations, and automated prefilling.

• Translate business logic into dynamic planning models and calculations to ensure reliable financial projections.

• Serve as the key partner to Controllers and subject matter experts; gather business requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications.

• Design planning templates, web reports, and dashboards to provide actionable management insights.

• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficient management of authorization processes.

• Create documentation, provide training, and foster system knowledge within the Controlling function.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Financial Systems, Controlling, or system implementation. Corporate group experience (e-commerce/retail is a plus).

• Profound knowledge of EPM/Planning software (e.g., Jedox, Anaplan, TM1) and experience designing driver-based models.

• Experience with databases and BI tools or the strong affinity to quickly familiarize yourself with these topics.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles to effectively integrate actual data into plan.

• Excellent ability to structure, analyze, and simplify complex matters for presentation to senior stakeholders.

• You are a solution-oriented sparring partner with a strong conceptual mindset.

• Your working style is independent, diligent, and characterized by a high affinity for numbers and attention to detail.

• You are proactive, organized, self-motivated, and capable of collaborating effectively across various hierarchy levels.
