Die Automation Factory GmbH ist ein junges Technologieunternehmen mit 15 Mitarbeitern im Bereich der Prozessautomatisierung. 2020 gegründet, befinden wir uns im stetigen Wachstum. Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden (große Mittelständler bis hin zu Dax-Unternehmen) von der Strategieentwicklung über die Analyse einzelner Geschäftsprozesse bis hin zur Implementierung und dem Betrieb von Automatisierungslösungen. Und leisten somit einen Beitrag zur digitalen Transformation und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Kunden.

Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst zusammen im Team für Kunden RPA Lösungen mit UiPath und Python
  • Umsetzung von Prozessen in Abstimmung mit den RPA Solution Architekten
  • Geführte und später eigenständige Go Live Begleitung von Projekten mit allen dazugehörigen Tätigkeiten wie UAT, Test, Dokumentation und Hypercare

Profil

  • Erste Erfahrung und technisches Wissen aus IT Projekten, wenn möglich im Automatisierungs- oder RPA Umfeld
  • Analytisches Denken und schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei der Analyse und Umsetzung von Prozessen in unterschiedlichsten Abteilungen unserer Kunden
  • Einen Hang für kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung
  • Wir brauchen Teamplayer. Ehrliche Kommunikation und Unterstützung untereinander sind Fundament unseres Erfolges
