Vertragsart: Vollzeit; befristet für 4-6 Monate

Starttermin: flexibel, nach Vereinbarung

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und dem Customizing unseres zentralen Systems für die Steuerung von Personalprozessen wie Recruiting, Administration und Learning (Workday)

  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen unserer internationalen System-User

  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen, z. B. durch die Erstellung von Bedarfsanalysen, Durchführung von Systemtests und Anpassungen im System

  • Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Präsentationen und Dokumentationen für System-User

  • Übernahme eigener Projekte im Bereich der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von HR-Prozessen

  • Unterstützung bei der Datenpflege und Übernahme anderer administrativer Aufgaben

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

  • Interesse an der Gestaltung moderner Personalarbeit sowie Prozessoptimierungen durch Digitalisierung

  • Einsatzbereitschaft, hohe Eigeninitiative und sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

  • Hohe IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel und Power Point)

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Vorgeschriebenes Praktikum nach Studienordnung
