Job Title:Senior Project Engineer (m/w/d)Summary:In dieser Rolle stellst Du sicher, dass eine proaktive Sicherheitskultur in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich gelebt wird – mit dem Ziel, dass "nobody gets hurt" nicht nur ein Slogan, sondern gelebte Realität ist. Dabei achtest Du auf die konsequente Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen, normativen sowie unternehmensinternen Richtlinien und Vorgaben von Momentive.

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für eine sichere, termingerechte und kosteneffiziente Abwicklung von Projekten am Standort Leverkusen, wobei gesetzliche Rahmenbedingungen und interne Prozesse gleichermaßen berücksichtigt werden. Dazu gehört auch die konsequente Anwendung von Projektmanagementstandards – angefangen bei fundierten Kostenschätzungen über detaillierte Terminplanung bis hin zu Gate Reviews, Value Engineering, Risikomanagement und einer lückenlosen Projektdokumentation.

Darüber hinaus stimmst Du Dich eng zu technischen Geräte- und Ausführungsstandards ab und übernimmst die Leitung von komplexen, groß angelegten Projekten oder Programmen.Responsibilities Include:
  • Sicheres und selbstständiges Multi-Project-Management von der Definition über die Planung bis zum Projektabschluss, inklusive Erstellung von Investitionsanträgen sowie Projektreporting
  • Sicherstellung des Einhaltens aller EHS-Richtlinien
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Durchführung aller erforderlichen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sowie Übersetzung von internen Sicherheitsanforderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Procurement bzgl. Entwicklung Vertrags- und Beschaffungsmanagement
  • Urlaubs-/Krankheitsvertretung für den Project Engineering Manager
  • Weitere projektbezogene Aufgaben
Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

  • Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau oder Elektro-/Automatisierungstechnik (Master oder Uni/TH-Diplom)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Investitions-Projekten (CapEx) in der produzierenden Industrie
  • Projektmanagementkompetenzen und Erfahrung in der indirekten Führung von Projektmitgliedern
  • Ausgeprägtes Analysevermögen, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit, gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit, interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in gängigen MS Office Programmen (inkl. MS Project)
  • SAP Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

Bevorzugt:

  • Erfahrung mit Investitions-Projekten im verfahrenstechnischen- und/oder elektrotechnischen Bereich
  • Basiskenntnisse in Ex-Schutz und Functional Safety
  • Erste Führungserfahrung
