Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

als Senior Project Controls Manager (m/w/d) - ID #2075

  • Verantwortung für zuverlässige Daten, Analysen und Berichte zum Projektstatus
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Baselines (Scope, Kosten, Termine)
  • Laufendes Monitoring von Fortschritt, Änderungen und Risiken
  • Erstellung und Pflege des Risiko-Registers inkl. Aktionsplänen
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Abweichungen und Einleiten von Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Analyse und Performance-Bewertungen für Termine und Kosten
  • Präsentation des Projektstatus gegenüber Management und Stakeholdern
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Project Controls Teams

Ihr Profil

  • Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling, idealerweise in Großprojekten (Chemie, Energie, Bau, Öl & Gas etc.)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Primavera P6, SAP) und Excel
  • Erfahrung mit EPC-Projekten sowie internationalen Projektstrukturen
  • Versiert im Earned Value Management, Change Control und in der Arbeit mit Dashboards
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Standing im Stakeholder-Management
