About The Role
Procurement Excellence (Contract Management Support) Operational & Administrative Support.

Your Team
HARMAN Automotive Procurement Excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Help in documenting, mapping and development of procurement contract processes and workflows.
  • Support ongoing projects including sanity checks, data enhancement and policies creation.
  • Assist in updating project timelines and status reports related to procurement contracts.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across Procurement and Legal regarding contract-related topics.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts (preferred) or in business administration.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially with Excel and Power Point.
  • AI user experience
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of an international team.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
