Regional IT Support Specialist

We are hiring a Regional IT Support Specialist to deliver IT support across our EU region. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work schedule.

As a Regional IT Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide onsite IT support across six campuses in the European region (Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, and Italy).
• Assist staff and students with IT requests and issues via service ticket, walk-in, email, or phone.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems by analyzing the initial issue description, asking relevant questions, and applying effective troubleshooting techniques.
• Deliver fast, efficient, and customer-focused IT support for a wide range of incidents and requests
• Create and maintain customer accounts/permissions/hardware using core administrative tools like Azure.
• Work in collaboration with a wider team of IT Support Desk Analysts who will provide additional support when needed.

About You

To be considered for this position you must have:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Have familiarity of Windows based PCs, printers, UPS's, Switches and other networked devices
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office productivity software and user administration tools
• Fluency in English
• Positive personal integrity and professionalism, with effective communication and the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Willingness to travel frequently between campuses
• Living close to Sotterbach (You will work on campus two days per week)
• Experience of working in an education setting is a plus
