We are currently partnered with a globally recognised company with approximately 14,000 employees worldwide. The organisation has experienced consistent growth over recent years and is well known for investing in its people, technology and long term strategy. As part of a wider digital transformation, the business is about to embark on a significant S 4HANA implementation and is looking to appoint a Head of SAP to lead this journey.

The role


• Overall responsibility for the SAP landscape and end to end business processes


• Leadership of an SAP organisation with approximately 24 to 30 internal SAP specialists


• Ownership of the S 4HANA implementation programme from planning through delivery


• Close collaboration with senior stakeholders, including the CIO and global business leaders


• Translation of business strategy into a clear SAP roadmap


• Prioritisation and assignment of projects across SAP teams and modules


• Responsibility for hiring, onboarding and developing SAP talent


• Building and scaling the SAP team in line with business growth


• Ensuring stable operations alongside ongoing transformation initiatives

Your background


• Strong hands on SAP background, either functional or technical


• Several years of experience in senior SAP leadership roles


• Proven involvement in S 4HANA implementation projects


• Deep understanding of end to end SAP processes


• Ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders


• Experience working in an international and growing organisation
