I'm working with a
partner company
, a global leader in their field that helps enterprise customers unlock data silos, capture events in real time, and stream information where it's needed — powering mission-critical systems across aviation, banking, retail, manufacturing, and logistics.

They're looking for an experienced
Regional Sales Manager (Senior IC role)
to drive growth across the DACH region. This is a consultative, strategic role focused on winning new enterprise logos, expanding key accounts, and positioning their platform at the core of both traditional and next-generation AI initiatives.


What You'll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle in the DACH region
  • Build and execute territory & account plans aligned to growth targets
  • Lead high-value, complex deal negotiations
  • Engage senior stakeholders to shape integration & AI-ready data strategies
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and internal experts to deliver tailored solutions
  • Represent the company at events & customer meetings (travel up to 30%)

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in enterprise IT sales within large, complex organisations
  • Proven record of closing high-value deals in the DACH market
  • Strong background in Middleware, Integration, or Big Data solutions
  • Familiarity with MEDIC/MEDDPICC or similar methodologies
  • Ability to build strong C-level relationships
  • Fluent in English
