Senior Product Manager Mobility Public Transport (m/f/d)

As Senior Product Manager for our B2B Mobility product, you will take full ownership of all related pre-collection solutions in Germany, focusing on fair dodger, mobility, and subscriptions. This is a highly visible role where you will shape the product vision, build a new product team from the ground up, and work hand-in-hand with our largest mobility key accounts to co-create outstanding products. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you will transform an existing system landscape into a scalable and future-ready setup while aligning product development with clear business goals.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Own the Vision : You define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for pre-collection public transport in Germany, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead Discovery & Innovation : You collaborate closely with key B2B clients to generate insights, validate hypotheses, and develop solutions that truly resonate.
  • Build & Empower Teams : You assemble and inspire a high-performing agile product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive End-to-End Delivery : You manage the full product lifecycle - from strategic planning and prioritization to execution, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Be the Connector : You act as the central hub for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and proactive risk management.
  • Partner for Success : You work hand-in-hand with Key Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Development, UX, Data, and more to ensure the product delivers real business impact

What you bring:

  • Strategic Thinking : You hold a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Information Systems - or you've gained equivalent experience that proves your ability to lead with impact.
  • Product Leadership Experience : You've spent 5+ years in senior product roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, mobility, or regulated industries, and you know how to deliver value through customer-focused solutions.
  • Enterprise Collaboration Skills : You're confident working with large enterprise clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments with ease.
  • Agile & Empowering Leadership : You know how to build and lead cross-functional teams through agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Tech Affinity : You're comfortable with system landscapes and enjoy modernizing legacy platforms into scalable, future-ready architectures.
