We are a Munich-based platform assembling a lean, founder-level team to scale fast across multiple sectors.
Role Summary
Take ownership of the real-estate engine: source, underwrite and structure individual assets to support our acquisition platform. Build relationships and close transactions that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Source a high-quality pipeline of stabilized assets.
• Lead debt processes with Hausbanken, Landesbanken, insurers and Funds.
• Structure PropCo/OpCo deals with external legal and tax advisors.
• Manage brokers, appraisers and property managers; drive due diligence execution.
Ideal Profile
• 8–15 years' experience in commercial real-estate acquisitions or debt advisory in Germany, with a proven closed-deal record.
• Fluent in German and English; strong lender network (Sparkassen / Volksbanken / Landesbanken / insurers / debt funds).
• Strong grasp of underwriting, valuation and financing mechanics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: operates with ownership, pace and precision.
Performance Indicators
• Qualified assets sourced per quarter and conversion rate to LOI/term sheet.
• Financing volume secured.
• Time from IC approval to signed term sheet and notarization.
Compensation & Track
• Equity participation and performance-linked incentives.
• Fixed compensation commences upon Start Triggers, transitioning to a market-rate package.
• Expense reimbursement. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Project-based engagement with transition to full-time Managing Director Track.
Location:
Munich (hybrid), with selective DACH travel.
