Job Description

  • Planning recruiting projects at our location as part of the site's expansion
  • Advising hiring managers on the best recruiting strategy
  • Advising on the creation of job descriptions
  • Selecting, systematizing, and briefing external agencies
  • Advising on the use of social media channels in recruiting
  • Creating project-related reports
  • Planning and organizing selection processes
  • Conducting telephone interviews and creating a shortlist
  • On-site presence is required, but not full-time

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, either at a recruitment agency or a large international company
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, particularly with a focus on oncology, cardiology, and/or pharmaceutical production
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience with the SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module is an advantage
  • Completed university degree with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification Ideal

40 hours per week
