Aufgaben
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Monatsabschlüssen sowie Abstimmung der Konten
  • Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung nach HGB
  • Übernahme des operativen Accounting im Tagesgeschäft: Banktransaktionen abstimmen, Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen verwalten
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und ggf. OSS-Meldungen
  • Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie externen Partnern
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems (Odoo) gemeinsam mit Finance & Tech
  • Erstellung nachvollziehbarer Dokumentationen und Entwicklung effizienter Accounting-Prozesse
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Finance-/Accounting-Bereich
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld (Start-up, Scale-up oder mittelständisches Unternehmen)
  • Fundiertes Wissen in deutschem Steuer- und Handelsrecht (HGB)
  • Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungstools (z. B. DATEV, Odoo oder vergleichbar)
  • Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Freude an Optimierung und Prozessverbesserung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (zwingend erforderlich) und sichere Kommunikation auf Englisch
