Deine Aufgaben

  • Netzanschlussplanung: Planung und Umsetzung von Netzanschlüssen für Wind- und Photovoltaikprojekte.
  • Abstimmung und Koordination: Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Netzbetreibern zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Prozesse.
  • Ausschreibung und Vergabe: Vorbereitung und Vergabe aller notwendigen Netzanschlussarbeiten zur Projektumsetzung.
  • Bauprozesskoordination: Steuerung des Bauprozesses und Schnittstellenmanagement mit internen und externen Partnern.
  • Technische Due Diligence: Unterstützung der Akquiseteams durch technische Prüfungen von Projekten.
  • Dokumentation: Sicherstellen einer vollständigen und nachvollziehbaren Projektdokumentation.
  • Grid Compliance: Beobachtung und Analyse rechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen sowie kontinuierlicher Wissensaufbau im Bereich Grid Compliance.
  • Betriebsunterstützung: Mitwirkung beim technischen Engineering und Betrieb der Anlagen.

Dein Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Netzanschlüssen für erneuerbare Energieprojekte.
  • Kenntnisse: Fundiertes Wissen zu Netzanschlussregeln, Rechtsvorschriften und technischen Standards.
  • Projektmanagement: Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien.
  • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit.
  • Persönliche Stärken: Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und Ergebnisorientierung bei der Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen.
  • Engagement: Hohe Eigeninitiative, Begeisterung für die Energiewende und die Bereitschaft, ein wachsendes Unternehmen aktiv mitzugestalten und eigene Ideen einzubringen.
