About Us:

  • We are a fast-growing, tech-enabled platform in the Real Estate Services sector
  • Our mission is to build a national group of property management companies to jointly address the industry's major challenges
  • We fully integrate acquired companies into our systems and serve clients centrally through our operating platform
  • We are currently looking to add a Founders Associate Intern (m/f/d) to our highly ambitious team
  • We are hiring year-round, with flexible start dates, incl. opportunities for working student positions

Your Role:

  • Support in identifying, analyzing and executing new acquisition opportunities
  • Assist in the post-merger integration of newly acquired companies
  • Optimize internal processes and drive operational improvements
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives

Your Profile:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics,
  • or a related field
  • Excellent academic achievements
  • Prior experience in M&A, Consulting, Startup or an Accounting firm is a plus
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
