Investment Associate (m/w/d) – Fokus: Buy & Build

Als Mitglied des Investment Teams besteht deine Aufgabe darin, das Team mit hoher Eigenverantwortung aktiv beim Erwerb von (wachsenden und gesunden) mittelständischen Unternehmen in der DACH-Region in allen Phasen des M&A Prozesses und des Portfoliomanagements zu unterstützen.

Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte sind

  • Durchführung von Due Diligence Aktivitäten im Rahmen von Unternehmenskäufen und -verkäufen
  • Analyse von Unternehmensdaten (Bilanzen, GuV, usw.)
  • Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen und Entwicklung von Wachstumsstrategien
  • Erstellung von integrierten Finanzmodellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Verhandlungsführung
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption der Finanzierungsstrategie sowie bei der Umsetzung der Refinanzierung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A, Consulting, Financial Due Diligence oder Private Equity, idealerweise erworben in einer Beteiligungsgesellschaft mit Fokus auf den deutschen Mittelstand, in einer Investmentbank oder einer Beratung
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise, sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel)
