For the Project Engineer: You will play a key supporting role as a Project Engineer, working closely with a Senior Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of large-scale pharmaceutical projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Support the Senior Project Manager in the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Design Delivery: Coordinate and monitor multi-discipline design activities for pharmaceutical facilities, collaborating with design teams and consultants.
  • Work Plan Support: Assist in the development, updating, and execution of project plans to meet evolving project and client needs.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Resource & Task Management: Help manage resources, track project milestones, and support the Senior PM in resolving issues as they arise.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 5 years' experience: 2-5 years' experience in design co-ordination for projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector (project or site engineering experience advantageous).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of multi-disciplinary design processes in the pharma sector. Familiarity with project planning, coordination, and documentation.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
