Over de baan

Onze cliënt is een volledig gereguleerd groeiplatform voor financiële technologie. Hun ambitie is om het meest gewaardeerde financiële ecosysteem te worden. Met een volledig Europese banklicentie en diepgaande expertise in technologie, regelgeving, cross-selling en financiering, stellen ze een breed scala aan duurzame bank- en financiële diensten aan in staat om te groeien en op te schalen. 

Voor het kantoor in Berlijn (Charlottenburg) zijn ze op zoek naar Collections Specialisten (v/m/x) in een fulltime, hybride werkmodel. 

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Telefoontjes en e-mails naar klanten met betalingsachterstand
  • Onderhandelen met en motiveren van klanten om hun schulden terug te betalen
  • Navraag doen naar de redenen voor betalingsachterstand
  • Continu monitoren van betalingsafspraken
  • Vinden en updaten van data van debiteuren (skip tracing)
  • Registreren van incassoactiviteiten in computerprogramma's 
  • Andere taken toegewezen door de leidinggevende

Jouw kwalificaties

  • Werkervaring in incasso of klantenservice is een pluspunt
  • Je schrijft en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
  • Sterke interpersoonlijke- en communicatievaardigheden om effectief te communiceren met uiteenlopende doelgroepen
  • Probleem- en conflictoplosser met onderhandelingsvaardigheden
  • Zelfvertrouwen, gedreven en resultaatgericht
