• Du verstehst Dich als Gastgeber und gestaltest ein herausragendes Einkaufserlebnis in Deine LEGO Store
• Du bist es gewohnt disziplinarische und fachliche Führung zu übernehme
• Du triffst Entscheidungen auf Grundlage Deiner betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnisse
• Als Teamplayer unterstützt Du Dein Team aktiv in Ihrer Entwicklung
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
• Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
• Bereitschaft auch befristet in anderen Stores in Deutschland zu unterstützen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
