In unserer Division Franke Foodservice Systems dreht sich alles um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die Systemgastronomie. Wir helfen den größten Restaurantketten der Welt, ihre Küchen effizienter, moderner und nachhaltiger zu gestalten. Und genau hier kommst du ins Spiel.

*Fördern, gestalten, begleiten
Als
Learning & Development Spezialist (m/w/d)*
gestaltest du die Zukunft der Weiterbildung aktiv mit. Du entwickelst neue Lernformate, optimierst bestehende und sorgst für Sichtbarkeit – intern wie extern.

Du betreust unsere e-Learning-Dienstleistungen, koordinierst Stakeholder, konzipierst Feldtests und begleitest den Markteintritt neuer Angebote. Gleichzeitig entwickelst Ansätze zur Förderung von Mitarbeitenden und zur Verbesserung der Kommunikation.

Nachwuchstalente unterstützt du bei ihrer Entwicklung und gestaltest ihre Aufgabenbereiche mit. Als Teil des gruppenweiten LMS-Projektteams bringst du digitale Lernlösungen voran. Du führst Kundenbefragungen durch, analysierst die Ergebnisse und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen ab.

Im Bereich Compliance pflegst du die Qualitätsdokumentation und sorgst für Struktur und Transparenz. Trainingsadministration und Qualifikationsverwaltung gehören ebenso zu deinem Alltag wie Teamarbeit und klare Kommunikation.

Du gestaltest Lernen neu – mit Ideen, die bewegen und Formaten, die wirken. Du bist die treibende Kraft hinter unseren agilen Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Bereichs.

Du managst e-Learning-Projekte, koordinierst Stakeholder, testest neue Ansätze und begleitest den Markteintritt. Als Teil des LMS-Projektteams bringst du digitale Lernlösungen voran und unterstützt Nachwuchstalente bei ihrer Entwicklung.

Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke führst du Kundenbefragungen durch, analysierst Ergebnisse und verbesserst Prozesse. Du hältst unsere Qualitätsdokumentation aktuell und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick – strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und immer mit dem Blick fürs große Ganze.
