Your Role

As Credit Assessment Team Lead, you will:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for credit decisions, leasing workflows, and purchasing processes.
  • Serve as the key escalation point for complex cases and support colleagues in achieving operational excellence.
  • Partner with retailers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, maintain compliance, and oversee reporting.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and professional development within your team.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in credit assessment or leasing as well as purchasing or banking operations experience
  • Team leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills, with confidence in guiding others.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in MS Office.
