Stellenbeschreibung
Als Citizen Developer Consultant übernehmen Sie eine Product Owner Rolle mit technischem Schwerpunkt. Sie befähigen interne Citizen Developer im Bosch-Konzern, eigenständig Low-Code/No-Code-Lösungen zu entwickeln – sicher, nachhaltig und mit Fokus auf Nutzerfreundlichkeit.

Sie sind zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT, internen Citizen Developern und externen Partnern und sorgen für eine skalierbare Citizen Developer Community mit klaren Governance-Regeln.

**Ihre Aufgaben:

Enablement & Community Building**

  • Aufbau und Betreuung einer Citizen Developer Community of Practice
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Trainings zu Low-Code/No-Code
  • Bereitstellen von Templates, Best Practices und Guidelines Solution Design & Prototyping
  • Aufnahme von Use Cases und Anforderungen aus Fachbereichen
  • Entwurf von Lösungskonzepten mit Fokus auf Usability, UX und Design Thinking
  • Entwicklung und Validierung von Prototypen (z. B. mit Microsoft Power Platform) Governance & Compliance
  • Definition und Durchsetzung von Richtlinien für Low-Code/No-Code-Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung von IT-Security, Datenschutz und Compliance
  • Vermeidung und Steuerung von Schatten-IT-Risiken durch klare Standards und Prozesse Koordination & Steuerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und Citizen Developern
  • Steuerung externer Partner bei der Umsetzung von Cloud-Lösungen
  • Sicherstellen, dass externe Implementierungen mit der Bosch-Governance kompatibel sind

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Requirements Engineering sowie Software Design oder Softwarearchitektur. Erfahrung in UX-Methoden (z. B. Design Thinking, Prototyping, User Journey Mapping) sowie Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Moderation von Communities of Practice.
  • Qualifikation: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Low-Code/No-Code-Plattformen, bevorzugt Microsoft Power Platform sowie Kenntnisse in Governance und Compliance-Aspekten (IT-Security, Schatten-IT, Datenschutz).
  • Sprachen: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
