As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be a technical expert driving our marketing architecture, processes, and systems to new heights of efficiency. You'll dive into high-impact projects like lead scoring, AI workflows, integrations, and automations that directly accelerate our marketing execution and revenue growth. Role Responsibilities: What You'll Do

  • Marketing Tech Stack Ownership: You manage and optimize our marketing technology infrastructure, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and related platforms, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.
  • System Integrations & Automation: You design, build, and maintain integrations between marketing systems using APIs and iPaaS tools, creating automated workflows that enhance efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: You identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations, building internal tools and solutions that improve speed and quality of execution.
  • Project Leadership: You lead end-to-end complex projects such as software rollouts, AI workflow implementations, and lead scoring initiatives that drive revenue impact.
  • Stakeholder Enablement: You partner with marketing teams across the organization to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and enable them to leverage our marketing systems effectively.
  • Data Management & Quality: You ensure data integrity across our marketing tech stack, implementing best practices for data manipulation and system hygiene.

Role Requirements: What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience: You have 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on system administration and integrations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Marketing Technology Expertise: You're proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce, and understand how to maximize their capabilities.
  • Technical Integration Skills: You have a high level of understanding of system integrations including APIs, iPaaS tools (Tray, Workato, etc.), and data manipulation.
  • Development Capabilities: You can build internal tools for process optimization using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create practical solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: You manage end-to-end complex projects such as software rollouts, balancing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: You're proactive, open-minded, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you'll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
