About ITM
ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in a hybrid working model in Garching as soon as possible
Your role
- Project Leadership & Coordination – Lead Chemistry & Radiochemistry projects, manage development activities in a matrix structure, and coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and CDMOs
- Project & Budget Management – Prepare project documentation, timelines, and presentations; oversee and manage project budgets in SAP in close collaboration with Finance
- Regulatory & Compliance Support – Contribute to CMC preparation for IMPDs/INDs, support technology transfers, and ensure adherence to GMP and quality standards
- Quality & Documentation – Develop and maintain SOPs, qualification documents, and GxP-relevant records in Veeva; act as Veeva Key User
- Process Development & QbD – Apply Quality by Design (QbD) and DOE principles in pipeline and development projects
Your profile
- Successfully completed university degree in natural sciences (MSc or PhD)
- Knowledge of QbD (Quality by Design) or DOE (Design of Experiments)
- Experience with quality assurance systems and qualification/validation
- Experience in pharmaceutical development as well as with GMP desirable
- Good understanding of general laboratory workflows
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and document management systems
- Reliable and meticulous working style as well as independent and proactive way of working
- Strong project management skills and organizational talent
- Proficient English language skills, German lanuguage skills of advantage
