Operational Risk Controller (m/w/d)
gesucht, der operationelle Risiken identifiziert, bewertet und überwacht.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung operationeller Risiken wie Prozess-, IT-, Mitarbeiter- und externe Risiken nach MaRisk
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des OpRisk-Frameworks sowie des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)
  • Monitoring von Risikoindikatoren (KRIs) und Analyse von Schadensfällen
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Risikoberichte für Management und Gremien
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche zu Risiken und zur Umsetzung von Kontrollmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Risikocontrolling, Schwerpunkt operationelle Risiken
  • Kenntnisse in ZAG MaRisk
  • Kenntnisse in SQL und Tableau von Vorteil
  • Kompetente Sprachverwendung in Deutsch und Englisch
