Senior Expert FP&A Group Reporting (m/w/d)

Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Forecasts, Budgets und Szenarioanalysen für die gesamte Gruppe
  • Verantwortung für das Management-Reporting und die Analyse von KPIs, Margen und Trends
  • Sicherstellung konsistenter Datenflüsse zwischen dem ERP-System und Reporting-Tools, enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting
  • Vorbereitung von Finanzanalysen für Investor Calls und strategische Entscheidungen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Standards und Finanzprozessen in einer komplexen Systemlandschaft
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Finance-Teams sowie Schnittstellen zu Sales, Einkauf und Logistik

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance/ Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich FP&A, Group Reporting oder Controlling, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wie Navision und Reporting-/Konsolidierungstools wie Lucanet von Vorteil
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Zahlenaffinität und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
