Finance Manager (FP&A) (M/F/D).
As part of our finance team, you will be responsible for operational controlling and the company's financial issues and tasks. As part of our finance team, you will form a strategic bridge between finance, colleagues from the business departments, management and our shareholder ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. You will actively take care of controlling and the company's financial topics and tasks.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the preparation and analysis of monthly reports on profitability, cost centers and investments - you ensure well-founded, strategic decisions at all levels.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring compliance with the highest standards and supporting management in all financial matters.
• Discussion of your analyses with relevant interfaces in the business and management circles to enable concrete measures from findings and thus achieve impact with your team with regard to financial target achievement
• Carrying out variance analyses and developing countermeasures to optimize the achievement of financial targets and continuously improve the company's performance.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly management summaries for the management and shareholders - you are the communication bridge between figures and strategic decisions.
• Advising management on the preparation of budgets, forecasts and rolling forecasts - you play a key role in ensuring that the company remains on course for long-term success.
• Actively developing the controlling systems, in particular integrated planning and marketing controlling
• you shape the future of controlling and promote the continuous improvement of processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in the field of economics or comparable commercial training - sound theoretical foundations and practical expertise are the basis of your success.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position or in a renowned consulting or auditing company - you have in-depth specialist knowledge and a broad range of experience.
• Excellent Excel skills - you are a master of complex data analysis, pivot tables and the creation of customized financial models like no other.
• Strong numerical skills and analytical thinking - you understand how to extract relevant insights from extensive data sets and present complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working - you always maintain an overview, set priorities correctly and drive projects forward independently, even with complex requirements.
• Experience with accounting software, ideally with Diamant or comparable systems - you have the necessary IT affinity to work efficiently and precisely.
• Very good German and English language skills - you can communicate confidently in both German and English and understand how to present financial issues clearly and convincingly.
